  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 5–10 minutes.

  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are pink and Parmesan is golden.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture and browning.
