4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
