A rich and indulgent dish featuring shrimp and crab stuffed inside salmon fillets, all smothered in a creamy, garlicky sauce. Perfect for impressing guests or a luxurious weeknight meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless salmon fillets

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 1 cup lump crab meat

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and create pockets for the stuffing.

  • Cook shrimp, chop it, and sauté garlic. Add cream cheese, crab meat, and seasoning to make the stuffing.

  • Stuff the salmon fillets with the shrimp and crab mixture.

  • Sear salmon on both sides, then bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon zest or top with panko breadcrumbs and cheese before baking.
