4 boneless, skinless salmon fillets
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 cup lump crab meat
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for sautéing
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and create pockets for the stuffing.
Cook shrimp, chop it, and sauté garlic. Add cream cheese, crab meat, and seasoning to make the stuffing.
Stuff the salmon fillets with the shrimp and crab mixture.
Sear salmon on both sides, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
